At Harlow & Lane,we are committed to providing a high-quality shopping experience. Should an item not meet your expectations,you may return it in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed,it is processed automatically and immediately.
For this reason,order cancellations are not possible after confirmation.
If your order has already been shipped,you must wait until delivery has been completed and then submit a return request in accordance with our return policy.
Returns
Return shipping costs are not covered by Harlow & Lane and remain the responsibility of the customer,regardless of reason or location.
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date,provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The product has not been used

The product is returned in its original packaging

The product has not been damaged by the customer

Hygiene products and lingerie are not eligible for return

The return shipment includes a valid tracking number (Track & Trace)

The return has been approved in advance by our customer support team
If a product is delivered damaged,you must notify us immediately upon receipt and provide clear photographic evidence.
Harlow & Lane reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of use,wear,or damage.
Return Procedure
Step 1 – Return Request
Please contact us via email at info@harlowlanecharleston.com and include:

The reason for the return
-
Photographic evidence if the item arrived damaged
Upon approval,we will provide you with the correct return address.
Returns sent to the original sender’s address will not be accepted.
Step 2 – Shipment
Return the item using a shipping method that provides tracking.
You are responsible for the package until it is received by us.
The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving our confirmation.
Step 3 – Refund
Once the returned item has been received and inspected,a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws,you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Hazardous materials,including flammable substances
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color may be arranged upon request.
Shipping fees for the replacement item are approximately $15,depending on weight and destination.
In the case of an exchange,the original item does not need to be returned.

Incorrect,Defective,or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an incorrect,defective,or damaged item,contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from a pickup location,any associated fees may be deducted from the refund.
Unclaimed or returned packages are often unsellable;therefore,customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments.
