Refund Policy – Harlow & Lane

At Harlow & Lane, we want every shopping experience to be enjoyable. If an item doesn’t work out, don’t worry — you can return it under the conditions below.

❌ Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? It happens — but you need to act fast.

  • All orders are processed automatically once confirmed.

  • This means cancellations are not possible after placing your order.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until delivery and then request a return.

🔁 Returns

⛔ Returns are not free — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of reason or location.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not have been used

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • It must not be damaged by the customer

  • Hygiene products or lingerie cannot be returned

  • The package must include a tracking number (Track & Trace)

  • You must notify us in advance of any return

📸 If the product arrives damaged, please send us a photo immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear used or damaged.

✅ Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact us
Send an email to info@harlowlanecharleston.com including:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo if the product is damaged

We will then provide you with the return address.
⚠️ Never send the package to the sender’s address — always use the one we provide.

Step 2: Ship your package
Return the item with a tracking code (Track & Trace). You are responsible for the package until it is received. The return must be shipped within 14 days of our confirmation.

Step 3: Refund
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

ℹ️ Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned item

💡 Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene products and underwear

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Hazardous items (flammable liquids, etc.)

🔄 Exchanges

Would you like to exchange for another size or color? That’s possible!

  • Shipping fees for the replacement item are approx. $15 depending on weight.

  • Returning the original item is not required in this case.

💬 Problems or defective items?

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

📦 Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected from a pickup point, fees will be deducted from your refund. Unclaimed returned items are often unsellable, so please keep track of your order.
